I had been shopping and looking for a while and back and forth with Josh, he was very patient, detailed and knowledgeable! So I finally pulled the trigger and drove over an hour to meet Josh, he showed and explained the difference between the two I was interested in. Then he let me ponder for few then I made my decision. I had such a wonderful experience with Joshua. He sold me a very excellent TV, and when it later developed an issue, I reached out to him. Without any hesitation, he took it back and gave me an even better replacement. When my kids spoiled the remote control, I went back to him again, and he kindly provided me with another excellent remote. Joshua is kind, gentle, and extremely professional. He truly goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are satisfied. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for great products and outstanding customer service.

They have a great selection, and if the exact TV you want isn’t in stock, they can order it for you. It’s rare to find customer service like this these days. I’ll definitely recommend them any day.

I had a great experience at HDTV Outlet in Arlington. The guy working there was super helpful and genuinely one of the nicest people. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. You could tell he was very knowledgeable. They’ve got a great selection, and if they don’t have the exact TV you want in stock, they can order it for you. I also liked that before you leave, they show you the TV works so you know you’re taken care of. It’s rare these days to run into that kind of customer service. I’ll definitely be back, and I won’t hesitate to recommend this place to friends and family.
